Once again, top chef Nigel Brown will be appearing at the festival, this will be the third year running Nigel has tempted the tastebuds of the people in Hull so be sure to catch one of his entertaining demonstrations. Yorkshire born Nigel runs his own cookery academy in North Lincolnshire and actively promotes the local sea fishing industry in partnership with the Yorkshire and Humber Seafood Group.

Nigel has been touring the UK with Foodies Festivals entertaining audiences with his extremely popular demonstration of Passionate Puddings and Decadent Desserts.
