Cookery School Dates for 2010

Cookery school dates have just been released for 2010 and include 2 brand new courses by popular demand – One Day Vegetarian and One Day Italian. The Nigel Brown Cookery Academy only takes a maximum of 4 people on each course and dates are limited owing to Nigel’s hectic schedule of demonstrating and filming so early booking is advisable.

Information about the new courses will be online very soon but as with all our courses they will be fully hands-on with plenty of dishes to take home and share.

Vegetarian One Day Cookery Course with Nigel Brown

Our one day courses include refreshments, lunch, all ingredients, a recipe booklet and an academy apron which is yours to keep. We also provide you with suitable containers to take home your work to share with family or friends.

This brand new course has now been added to our programme for 2010. There are limited places on each course, we only take a maximum of 4 people on each date. Gift vouchers are available for this course which costs £175 per person.
